About me
I help nonprofits and civil society organizations deliver successful projects, strengthen financial and grant management, and build sustainable organizational structures.
With more than eleven years of experience in the nonprofit and international development sector, I have managed projects and grants ranging from small local initiatives to multi-million-euro donor-funded programmes. Throughout my career, I have led projects from design to completion, managed complex budgets and funding streams, strengthened financial systems, ensured donor compliance, and supported organizational development across diverse institutional settings. This experience enables me to combine strategic thinking with hands-on implementation.
Having worked across Tunisia, the MENA region, and Germany, I understand the operational, financial, and strategic challenges mission-driven organizations face. Limited resources, complex funding requirements, and growing administrative demands are everyday realities for many nonprofits. Therefore I work closely with organizations to develop practical, tailored solutions that strengthen systems, simplify processes, ensure compliance, and create the conditions for sustainable growth and long-term impact.
My academic background in Governance & Human Rights complements my practical experience with a strategic perspective on organizational development, good governance, and social change.
I work flexibly — remotely or on site — and support organizations nationally and internationally. My approach is collaborative, reliable, and practical, with a strong focus on delivering solutions that create lasting value.
